Welcome to the new WAVZE website, thanks for paying us a visit! Aside from a fresh lick of paint, we’ve worked hard to improve our ever growing music library, with enhanced search functionality and even more great music. We’re also going to be showcasing our work and sharing content that helps you to stay tapped-in to the latest trends and movements at the axis of sport and music. 

Phil Jacob and I created WAVZE to help sports organisations ‘soundtrack’ their universe. We make it easy, safe and affordable to access authentic music, often made by talented fans of a team or sport in order to deliver authentic sounds that resonate with your fanbase and to help attract new fans (particularly genZ/genAlpha). We want to transform sport’s relationship with music from an afterthought, a cost and a complex liability into an opportunity to engage with fans and a high value IP asset for value and revenue generation.

A perfect example of this is the work we recently did with OKTAGON MMA and Manchester artist Prose. OKTAGON, via WAVZE, is at the vanguard of a new paradigm in sport’s relationship with music and artist-fans. This paradigm is about mirroring how sport approaches every other exploitable, customer/fan facing experience within its universe - EXCEPT MUSIC!! ie. Develop it, produce it, own it, control it, protect it, package it and monetise it!!

Ed Sheeran (Ipswich Town), Stormzy (Man United) and Noel and Liam Gallagher (Man City) - to name but a few - were fans and talented, struggling musicians long before they became superstars… imagine if these clubs had ‘signed’ these artists, helped them on their way, introduced their music to their global fanbase… this is why Phil and I created WAVZE - to help #Soundtrackyoursport to help develop and exploit your audio universe.
